In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), trained service dogs are welcome in all public areas of our restaurant. Service animals are working animals, not pets.
For the comfort and safety of all guests:
* Only trained service animals are permitted inside the restaurant.
* Pets and emotional support, comfort, or therapy animals are not permitted unless otherwise required by applicable law.
* If it is not obvious that a dog is a service animal, our staff may ask only:
1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability?
2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
* We do not request documentation, certification, identification cards, or ask about the nature of a person’s disability.
* Service animals must remain under the handler’s control at all times. If a service animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action, or if the animal is not housebroken, we may ask that the animal be removed while still offering service to the guest.
